1. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by PayPal or debit / credit card or by PayPal credit for higher value items. 

We can also accept payment by cash, cheque and direct bank transfer. 

Please get in touch if you’d like to pay by one of these options. 

2. I’ve seen an item cheaper elsewhere. Can you match the price?

If you see an item that we stock at a cheaper price elsewhere, please email us a link to the product and we’ll match the price (provided the product has the same specifications as the one we sell.) 

3. How can I check my order status?

If you created an account / signed in at the time the order was made, you can check its status by logging in to your account with Divine Audio. 

If you made your purchase as a guest, please get in touch to track your order. 

4. When will my order be sent?

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. 

5. How will my order be sent?

Orders weighing up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 48-hour delivery service.

Your order is trackable, and you may need to sign for it on arrival (depending on its value.)

Orders weighing over 2kg are usually send by a courier called DPD. Items are usually received within 48 hours (within the UK) and your order is trackable. 

Very large items may be delivered personally by Divine Audio. If this is the case with your order, we’ll get in touch asap.  

With all orders, you’ll be notified by text message on the day your parcel is due to be delivered. 

If you’d like to make your own delivery arrangements or use a different carrier, please get in touch to discuss options. We have accounts with most major UK couriers.

6. How much will postage cost?

Postage and packaging to mainland UK addresses is FREE for all items.

Postage outside the UK is calculated by weight and items are sent via Royal  Mail international business service if less than 2KG. Please click here to check current prices.

International orders will be sent by courier. You will be able to review the cost of this at checkout, before paying for your items.

7. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 2-3 working days and is marked as dispatched, please log in to your account to track your parcel or get in touch if you checked out as a guest so that we can help locate your parcel. 

If your item has not arrived within 14 days, let us know and we’ll investigate the delay on your behalf.

8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item is damaged in the post, we will replace it and pay your return postage costs. Please get in touch to organise this.

9. Can I return my item?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (except for items made to individual specification, unless these are faulty or arrive damaged.)

Most companies offer a standard 14 day return period, but we’re happy to increase this for your peace of mind.

Please get in touch if you’d like to return an item.

You are responsible for return postage costs. Please retain proof of postage as Divine Audio will not be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving returned goods, by the method in which you paid. 

10. Does my item come with a warranty?

Yes, all items are sold with a standard Divine Audio one year, no quibble warranty.

Each item also comes with an additional manufacturer’s warranty (lasting from one to five years.) Details of these can be found in the literature that comes with the product or within the product description on our website.

If your item develops a fault during the warranty period, please get in touch. If we can’t fix your item, we’ll help you talk to the manufacturer to ensure you receive the support you need.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need advice or support in any capacity.

11. Do I have to pay VAT on my order?

If you live inside the EU, VAT will automatically be added to your order. If you’re purchasing items from outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at the checkout.

12. I run a VAT registered business. Can you deduct VAT from my order?

Yes, we can. Please send an email to office@divineaudio.co.uk, including the following details:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The name of your business name and its registered address.
  3. A daytime contact number.
  4. Your full VAT number.
  5. A list of the items you’d like to buy (using product codes if possible.)

Once we’ve verified your company information, which will take up to two days, we’ll send you an invoice. Payments can be made by PayPal or direct bank transfer. It may also be possible to accept cash or cheques, please get in touch to discuss this.

13. Do you sell used items?

We only sell brand new items via the Divine Audio website.

Part exchanged or ex-demonstration items can be found on our eBay site.

14. Do you send cable out as one long length?

All cables are sold by the metre, as standard. This means that if you order 5m of cable, it will be sent to you as an unbroken, 5m length.

We can cut and send specific lengths as required.

15. I’m confused. Can I plug X into X on an X?

Hi-Fi and home cinema products can be confusing and complex.

16. Can you recycle my old electrical item?

We operate a recycling scheme that allows our customers to recycle their old item when they buy new from Divine Audio. We’ll ethically dispose of your unwanted item on a like-for-like basis, as part of our commitment to protecting the planet.
