1. What does the status of my order mean?

We have a number of statuses for our orders.

Pending – Your have placed an order, but we have not received any payment yet

Processing – We have received payment for your order, and are waiting to ship it.

Order Completed and Dispatched – Your order has been shipped, you should get it soon.

Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled, your payment may have failed for some reason, or your order pending order has been cancelled due to no payment being made.

2. How much does delivery cost?

Mainland UK delivery is free, and if your basket weighs up to 2Kg postage costs the following.

If your order weighs over 2Kg it will be shipped via a courier, and prices vary by destination. All prices are displayed at the checkout prior to purchasing.

3. Where is my order?

If your order has been dispatched, and you have not received it, please ask us for some tracking details and we’ll provide what we can. Otherwise please allow 14 days for your order to arrive, before we go through the process of sending a replacement.

4. My item has broken, what do I do?

Not a problem, send it back to us and we’ll either repair it or replace it with a new item.

5. Do I have to pay VAT?

If you live inside the EU, then you are required to pay VAT. If you live outside the EU the VAT is automatically deducted from your order.

6. I have a business that is VAT registered; can I make a purchase from you without VAT?

Yes, you can. We offer a Business to Business (B2B) service where you can buy products ex VAT.

Please send us an email to office@divineaudio.co.uk with the following details.

Your full VAT number.
Your registered address.
The item(s) that you wish to purchase.
Along with your name and any other relevant company details.

Once we have the above information we will check and verify your company details. We will then create an invoice for you. We accept B2B payments via Paypal and Direct bank transfer.

7. I am visiting the UK, and I want to take my purchase back to my Non-EU Country, can I claim the VAT back?

Yes you can, when you collect the item, or if we post the item to a UK address of your choosing, we will include an HMRC Retail Export Scheme form.

We will fill in the retailer section of the form and leave the rest for you to complete when you leave the UK. You will need to hand the form along with the product to Customs upon your departure.

When we receive the completed form back complete with a customs stamp of approval, we will refund you the VAT value of your order less a £5 admin fee.

Please contact us before purchasing if you are interested in the Retail Export Scheme.

8. Is this speaker stand sold as a pair?

All speaker stands we sell are sold in pairs.

9. Is this item new?

All products we sell from divineaudio.co.uk are brand new, we only sell used or ex-display items on our eBay store.

10. Are we authorised dealers/manufacturers?

Divine Audio have authorised dealers for all the items we sell on this site.

11. Does my item come with a warranty?

All items come with a full manufacturers warranty, although if you have any problems, please contact us.

12. Can I use X with X on X?

There are so many variations of Hi-Fi and home cinema products, if you have any questions regarding the intricacies of a product contact Tim, tim@divineaudio.co.uk

13. Do you send my cable out as one long length?

All by the metre cables we sell are shipped in one length unless otherwise stated. We are more than happy to cut specific lengths for you, please contact us before purchasing if you need any assistance.
