The Pro-ject Debut MkIII is the latest update of the classic Pro-ject Debut turntable, offering great performance at an excellent price. It's a 'giant killer' in the sense that it sounds as good as some turntables costing twice or even three times the price. The ProJect Debut MkIII has not just been tweaked so much as overhauled to be even better; it now includes the Pro-ject 8.6 tonearm which is made from a single piece of aluminium, offering excellent rigidity and delivering excellent performance.
The turntable is also complete with an Ortofon OM 5E moving magnet (MM) cartridge. Please note, if you do not have a phono input on your amplifier, you will require a phono stage to use this turntable. We recommend the Pro-ject Phono box which is an superb sounding phono amp for the price. The cartridge is factory fitted and aligned so its ready to go from the box.
