Product Information

The M1 CDT is a high quality slot loading transport.  From its beginning the CDT was designed and conceptualised as a dedicated CD transport.  Because the CDT is a transport only it has no DAC or other ancillary components.  This allowed us the freedom to design the layout and circuit for ultimate data recovery and transmission with no interference from analog circuitry.

The CDT perfectly matches the M1 DAC or M1 CLiC.  The selected mechanisms have outstanding data recovery and mechanical isolation. 

The CDT employs a high quality stabilised clock system which ensures low jitter performance. 

From an audiophile perspective the CDT also has AES/EBU balanced digital output.  Used with an M1 DAC you can achieve true balanced from beginning to end.  You really can hear the difference.
